Winter Fun

Man do we have a lot of snow outside!! Too much for the boys to go outside, so we have to get creative with exercise- so here is some video of our nights with the boys this week:) Also, one night after the kids went to bed, Josh and I decided to go out and play with Denver in the snow- here are some pictures of that as well:)

Wedding

What a weekend!!! Lucas was a ring bearer for our good friends Ashley and Steve, and he rocked!! He had two flower girls that got scared last minute so he had to do it by himself, and he hammed it up! It was a long zigzagged isle too. Man that boy needs to get some of his fathers traits!!! We had a great night. Nathan has another ear infection and got two molars this week, poor little dude is a trooper.

Winter Fun

We had another big snow dump this past weekend. Everything was closed down, but we decided to venture out and go sledding with a bunch of friends. Lucas loved it, didn't even complain about having to go back up the hill over and over. Nathan on the other hand, just didn't know what was going on and did not like it one bit. If he wants to be a Mitchell, he better start liking snow!!!

Also, for my birthday, we went to my parents house to eat roast beef and play guitar hero. The grandpas liked to duel each other- it was a great time!!! Lucas and Nathan danced for us all!

Have to add one more thing. The other day Lucas and I were talking, and he told me he pushed one of his friends. I asked him how he thought God felt about it. He said " Sad, but God is in here" and pointed to his chest. Then he said, "Do you think he eats my food?"

Christmas:)

I am a bit behind on the updates! The Holidays were wonderful. Lucas was sick with Bronchitis which was a bummer, but he still pushed through and enjoyed all the festivities with family. I will never forget Christmas morning- Rik and Rene gave us a train set to put around the tree Christmas morning - this train was REALLY loud, so when Josh turned it on, we were waiting at the top of the stairs and Lucas thought the Polar Express was here and he ran to the window!! Their eyes were as wide as they could get, and the sound of them gasping over and over will always stick in my head!!!
The boys also go to meet their first official cousin!! Matt and Jenny had baby Wyatt a few days before Christmas! Everyone is healthy and happy!
