No cuter than this

Lucas had his first little concert today. His preschool had a harvest party , and it ended in a vegetable parade that I can't even put into words. I got to be there the whole day. It was awesome seeing my little man walk into school, hang up his bag and coat, wash his hands and do all of his classroom routines. Then when he came out as a corn on the cob, he couldn't have melted my heart any more(along with Aunt Keri, Pappa Ed, Uncle Blaise, Aunt Jenny, Nanna Ne, Daddy and Nathan) We were the biggest crowd of fans there, with the biggest heart for the cutest piece of vegetable ever that anyone would have wanted to eat right up! His good buddy Mckenna is a grape:) This video would make anyone smile!!!!!!!!!

Fun Videos

Just thought it would be fun to post some videos of everyday happenings at the Mitchell house:) The boys love to wrestle in Nathan's crib and Nathan is a big fan of peek a boo. Well, who isn't.

Mixture of fun times:

Well I couldn't decide what to post, so I will just add it all. Here are some pictures of some recent events. Lucas loves gymnastics, Rene came with me this week and we brought Nathan. That was interesting, he wanted to be everywhere his brother was. Also, we went trick or treating at a friends house, our neighborhood is not until the 31st, so we couldn't resist. I have too many costumes though(all clearance..) So Lucas can't decide what to be. Both he and Nathan have doctor outfits that I hope to keep them in for this Friday. But we had a lot of fun with our friends!! There was some scary houses, Lucas came into our room in the middle of the night for the first time that night because he was scared- poor little dude.

Healthy Hike

Well, we finally had a good day after a few very scary ones. I could write a long story about our trip to the ER, but we will just write how thankful we are that Nathan ended up being alright. And today, we got to go on a hike as a healthy family of 4:) Lucas loved climbing the rocks and Nathan wanted to touch all of the trees. It was a beautiful day. Thank you Lord!

Painting Pumpkins

We painted some pumpkins tonight, and believe it or not, there was not a big mess. Lucas took a lot of time on his, he must take after his dad. Nathan just went crazy and wanted to put his face in the paint, he must take after his mom. Ha. It was fun, and now we have the best pumpkins we have ever displayed:)

First Field Trip

Today Lucas and I got to go on his first school field trip. We almost didn't get to go because Lucas has been sick, but we had a great time. He got to feed animals, run through a corn maze, go down a slide into a pile of corm, and top it off with a tractor hay ride to a pumpkin patch - he was a little dissapointed that it was a Ferguson and not a John Deere, but he did get to pick a neat pumpkin!! These are the days to remember! Lots of fun.
